#1. Write down clearly what you want

Some studies show that people who write down their goals accomplished way more than those who did not. Many successful people write down their goals every day and carry them around. You can write it in your journal before you go to bed and after you wake up. This way you can train your conscious and subconscious mind to help you see more things and opportunities that can help you get closer to your target. Your goal needs to be measurable and specific as Tony said clarity is power. You cannot manage what you cannot measure.

#2. Why your goal is a MUST for you?

Understanding your big "Why" will help you achieve your goal faster because you will be driven. Why do you want to achieve your goal? How would this make me feel? How will it change your life and those around you? Your reasons for achieving your goal will fuel you and help you stay laser-focused, especially when the journey gets rough and there are many obstacles and distractions around you.

#3. Take Massive Action

If you’ll watch high-level athletes, a lot of things they do is a battle of inches. Chess grandmasters win or lose games via small strategic blunders committed by themselves or by the opponent. 10. Your past doesn’t decide your future

Tony believes that the past is not a determinant of the things yet to come. In his own words, “The past doesn’t equal the future”. Circumstances and challenges are just things that you can solve in order to get to where you want to be.
